Umodzi SACCO Member Service Excellence Training and Team Building Exercise
Umodzi SACCO successfully conducted a Member Service Excellence Training and Team Building Exercise in Salima from 4th to 5th October 2025. The training, facilitated by Mr. Hellings Mwase of Frontier Management Consultants, was attended by 24 staff members.
The training focused on enhancing service excellence, teamwork, member value creation, effective communication, professionalism, and member retention. Staff gained valuable knowledge on delivering exceptional service, improving internal collaboration, and creating lasting value for members.
The event also featured team-building activities and interactive games that promoted unity, teamwork, and communication among staff. Participants made personal service commitments aimed at improving member experience and workplace collaboration.
The exercise reinforced Umodzi SACCO’s commitment to continuous learning, staff development, and delivering outstanding service to its members.
